Sunday, Jan 25, 3:30 PM 30 Weeks, 7 Days We're home! Dr. Flanagan examined Jill this morning and her contractions are down to a reasonable level and all pre-term labor seems to have stopped. It looks as though the babies are going to wait a little while longer after all. Still, it could be any time now. But we're hoping to get two more weeks. Stay tuned for details.... Saturday, Jan 24, 11:00 AM 30 Weeks, 6 Days Today, it looks like the drugs have worked well enough that the Doctors are taking her off all IV drugs and starting her on oral versions. If her contractions stay calm then she'll come home tomorrow--but not for long... Friday, Jan 23 1:30 PM 30 Weeks, 5 Days It looks as though the drugs have temporarily stalled labor. So there have been no changes since yesterday noon. Thursday, Jan 22 30 Weeks, 4 Days Howdy all. It looks as though the babies are going to come a little earlier than we expected. Jill began contracting regularly on Tuesday and was admitted to the hospital. The Dr.. is giving her a barrage of drugs to postpone labor as long as possible, but most likely the births will be scheduled in the next 24 to 72 hours Everything else is good and there's no reason to think that this schedule will cause any unexpected problems for Jill or the Babies.
