Week 23 Howdy. Everything is still cool with everybody. The babies are continuing to grow and are all approximately 1lb, 3oz or so. Based on their current rate of growth and average fetal growth rate, they will be about 4.5 lbs at 34 weeks. Of course, there are billions of variables between here and there but, at 4+ lbs we could avoid most complications and lengthy NICU stays (read :$$$$$$). So, all Prayers, Positive Thoughts, Voodoo, Affirmations, Santeria, etc, directed toward that 4 lb goal will be greatly appreciated.
